Refund Policy

No Refunds on Bookings

All bookings for video reel services are final and non-refundable once confirmed and payment is received. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Booking Confirmation

Once you book your event date, time, and hours through our website, your reservation is immediately confirmed. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. All sales are final.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you cancel your booking for any reason, no refund will be issued
  • If you fail to be present at the scheduled event time and location (no-show), no refund will be issued
  • If you cancel or reschedule within any timeframe, no refund will be provided

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy only and is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for rescheduling requests.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In the rare event that Smash Media must cancel your booking due to equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. This is the only circumstance under which refunds are provided.

Client Responsibilities

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You fail to provide necessary access to the event location
  • You fail to obtain required permissions or permits for filming
  • The event is cancelled or postponed by you or the event organizer
  • Weather conditions prevent the event from occurring (outdoor events)

Delivery of Final Product

Payment is for our time and service on the scheduled date. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the final reel content, editing style, or creative decisions.
